About Marquee Studio
Marquee Studio ("we," "us," or "our") is a professional website design service that builds personalized websites for career-driven professionals. These Terms of Service govern your use of our services and website at marqueestudio.co.
By purchasing a package or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our services.
Our Services
Marquee Studio provides custom website design and development services across three package tiers: Starter, Professional, and Executive. Each package includes specific deliverables as outlined on our website at the time of purchase.
We also offer an optional Site Care Plan, a monthly subscription providing hosting management and ongoing site maintenance.
We reserve the right to modify our service offerings and pricing at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already made.
Client Responsibilities
To deliver your project on time and to the highest standard, we require the following from you:
Failure to provide required information or respond within reasonable timeframes may result in project delays. Marquee Studio is not responsible for delays caused by client inaction.
Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase you authorize us to charge the amount displayed at checkout.
For the Site Care Plan, you authorize recurring monthly charges of $49.00 USD until you cancel. Cancellation requests must be submitted via our contact form at least 5 business days before your next billing date.
All sales are final once work has begun. Please refer to our Satisfaction Policy for full details on refunds and cancellations.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final website and all custom content created specifically for your project. You are free to use, modify, and host your site however you choose.
Marquee Studio retains the right to display your completed website in our portfolio, on our website, and in marketing materials unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing prior to project completion.
We do not claim ownership of any content you provide to us — photos, bios, career history, or other personal materials remain your property at all times.
Limitation of Liability
Marquee Studio's total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost job opportunities, lost revenue, or damage to professional reputation.
We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, including but not limited to job placement, increased visibility, or career advancement resulting from use of our services.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern or dispute, we ask that you first contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly. We are committed to working in good faith to address any concerns.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration in Manatee County, Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
